金毛近地伞 (中国新记录种,图1)

子实体小型至中等大小。菌盖直径2~4cm,初期钟形或半球形,顶端颜色较深,深褐色,中部颜色变浅,呈黄褐色,表面光滑,成熟后菌盖展开呈斗笠形,顶部深褐色,中部色淡,菌盖边缘呈褐色,菌盖具明显的放射状条纹,成熟后菌盖边缘开裂,逐渐溶化。菌褶离生,密,薄,宽1~2mm,初期白色略带褐色,成熟后灰色至黑色。菌柄长4~6cm,粗2~3mm,圆柱形,中空,白色至半透明,表面光滑,较脆。菌盖菌肉白色,无味;菌柄菌肉白色至半透明状。孢子印黑色。
孢子(10.6)12.0~14.0(14.3)×(6.0)6.3~8.1(8.7)μm,Q=(1.71)1.83~2.02(2.10),暗褐色至黑色,长椭圆形,表面光滑,厚壁,顶端具明显的萌发孔。担子12~35×9~12μm,棒状或不规则圆柱形,具4(2)个担子小梗,小梗长1∙0~1∙5μm,基部无锁状联合。褶缘囊状体圆柱形或烧瓶形,薄壁,无色,25~60×12~30μm,侧生囊状体较大,与褶缘囊状体近似,50~100×15~30μm。盖皮层菌丝由泡状细胞组成,泡状细胞中有明显的厚壁直立刚毛,金褐色至深褐色,约250×10μm。
生境:春末至夏初散生于枯枝落叶层、草地上。
研究标本:吉林省长春市吉林农业大学校园内柳树林中地上,腐殖质层中枯枝上,2012年5月26日,迟文超、盖宇鹏(HMJAU24948);2012年5月28日,迟文超、盖宇鹏 (HMJAU24950)。
世界分布:欧洲 [11] ,北美 [12] ,日本 [13] ,中国。
讨论:该种1886年描述于法国,有几个明显特点区别于该属的其他种,孢子椭圆形,且顶端具有较明显的萌发孔,盖皮层分布有金褐色刚毛。Parasola kuehneri 与此种在外观上极为接近,并且具有相似的侧生囊状体,但它的菌盖小,孢子正面观钟形、明显较小,且盖表无刚毛 [11] ;P.plicatus子实体成熟后与金毛近地伞容易混淆,但前者孢子正面观钟形、稍小,菌盖表面无刚毛 [11] 。近地伞属的种类一般生活周期短、没有典型的自溶现象,子实体通常在1d 内完成发育至衰老过程,但是子实体成熟后会有明显的萎缩现象,Nagy 等 [14] 将这种介于典型的自溶与非自溶之间的类型称作“萎蔫(collapsing)”。在我们的野外调查中发现,这种萎蔫现象在金毛近地伞子实体发育末期表现得十分明显。

菌盖直径 1.0 - 5.0 cm,幼时呈圆柱形,后展开。表面具有明显条纹,边缘呈深褐色至灰褐色,顶部黄褐色。菌肉薄,白色。菌褶较密,不等长,初期白色,后变褐色至黑色,直生或离生,成熟后期发生萎焉现象。菌柄长 3.0 - 12.0 cm,粗 0.2 - 0.5 cm,圆柱形,中空,白色或米白色。
担孢子 10.3 - 14.7 × 5.1 - 7.8 μm,平均值 12.4 × 6.5 μm,Q= 1.7 - 2.4,Qav = 1.9,长椭圆形,光滑,水中呈红褐色,遇 5%KOH 中呈橄榄色,芽孔中生,直径 1.2 - 2.4 μm。担子22 - 47 × 9 - 15 μm,棒形或中部缢缩,具 4 个担子小梗,周具 3 - 6 拟担子,无色。缘生囊状体 34 - 62 × 17 - 25 μm,瓶形或囊形,无色。侧生囊状体 56 -193 × 14 - 42 μm,瓶形或囊形,无色。盖皮细胞“Hymeniderm”型,由棒形细胞栅栏状排列,12- 57× 12 - 25μm,基部呈褐色或无色。盖皮表面具刚毛,65 - 235 × 4 - 10 μm,黄褐色。
生境及习性:单生或散生于草地或枯木上,发生于春秋季。
世界分布:欧洲(瑞士、英国、荷兰),亚洲(中国、日本)(Breitenbach & Kranzlin1995; 今关六也 1995; Keirle, et al 2004; Uljé 2005; Schafer 2010; Hussain, et al 2018)。
中国分布:吉林;内蒙古(迟文超 2013; 迟文超 & 图力古尔 2013)。

讨论:本种菌盖表面具明显条纹,金黄色刚毛,呈褐色;菌褶较密,白色至黑褐色;菌柄中空,光滑;孢子呈长椭圆形。菌盖表面同具刚毛——P. conopilea (Fr.) Örstadius & E.Larss.菌盖表面不具有条纹,缺失侧生囊状体;P. malakandensis S. Hussain, Afshan & H.Ahmad.孢子呈近球形,缘生囊状体多呈棒状;P. setulosa (Berk. & Broome) Redhead, Vilgalys& Hopple 孢子呈宽椭圆形,具棒状侧生囊状体。2013 年,仅在我国吉林省发现并报道本种,但在本研究中,发现其在内蒙古也具有分布。

菌盖直径2~4 cm ,初期钟形或半球形,成熟后展开呈斗笠形;顶端颜色较深呈深褐色,中部颜色变浅呈黄褐色;光滑;边缘呈褐色并具明显的放射状条纹;成熟后菌盖边缘开裂,逐渐溶化。菌肉薄,带菌盖的颜色。菌褶宽1~2mm,离生,密,薄,初期白色略带褐色,成熟后灰色至黑色。菌柄长4~6 cm ,直径2~3 mm ,圆柱形,空心,白色至半透明,表面光滑,较脆。担孢子10~14x6~8μ m ,椭圆形至卵圆形,光滑,灰黑色。
春末至夏初散生于树林地枯枝落叶层、草地上。分布于东北地区。

V ERN . NAME — Kastanje-inktzwam.
Pileus 5–30 × 3–18 mm when still closed, 10–60 mm wide whenexpanded, first ellipsoid or ovoid, often somewhat conical, then cam-panulate to convex, finally flat, sulcate-striate up to centre, chestnut-colour, red-brown or orange-brown (Mu. 2.5 YR 2.5/2, 2.5/4, 3/4; 5 YR2.5/2, 3/3, 3/4, 4/4, 4/6, 5/7.5; 7.5 YR 5.5/4, 4/6, 5/8; 10 YR 4/6, 5/6;K. & W. 6D/E8) at centre, paler towards margin, glabrous. Lamellae,L = 30–40, l = 0–3, free but not remote from apex of stipe, first whitish,then brown (5 YR 2.5/1, 3/1, 3/3), finally black. Stipe 70–120 × 2–3 mm,with subbulbous base, sordidly white to sordidly yellow-brown (10 YR8/1).
Spores 10.0–14.5 × 6.0–8.0 µm, Q = 1.35–2.05, av. Q = 1.45–1.95,av. L = 10.8–13.1 µm, av. B = 6.8–7.5 µm, ellipsoid to oblong, roundedat base and apex, dark red-brown; germ pore central to (rarely) slightlyeccentric, 1.3–1.5 µm wide. Basidia 19–38 × 8.5–11 µm, 4-spored,surrounded by 3–6 pseudoparaphyses. Cheilocystidia 50–95 × 17–25 µm,utriform, sublageniform, subcylindric or ellipsoid. Pleurocystidia70–140 × 22–45 µm, subcylindrical or utriform. Pileipellis hymeniform,with scattered, up to 230 µm long, brown, thick-walled hairs. At baseof stipe also these hairs are present, and often numerous here andsomewhat longer. Clamp-connections present.
H ABITAT & DISTR . — Solitary or subfasciculate, terrestrial, often onwood-chips used to pave paths and tracks and grassy places, on road-sides and in lawns, common in the Netherlands. April to December. Inthe Netherlands rather common in spring and summer, rather rare inautumn. Widespread in Europe, recorded from Japan.
Microscopically C. auricomus can be easily recognised by thesmooth stipe (no veil, no caulocystidia), the hymeniform pileipelliswith the scattered thick-walled, more than 200 µm long brown setaeand the ellipsoid spores with central germ pore.
Uljé & Bas (in Persoonia 13: 435–436. 1988) gave an extendeddiscussion on the synonyms of C. auricomus.

Description. Pileus 15–30 mm diam, convex to broadly convex, deeply pli-cate towards the margin, light grayish-brown (2.5YR 5/2) to grayish reddish-brown (2.5YR 3/2); disc indistinctly umbonate to umbilicate, dark reddish orange (7.5R 4/8) to grayish reddish orange (2.5YR 5/6). Lamellae free and remote, pseudocol-larium absent, closed, initially concolorous with pileus, later on dark black, nally losing turgor and collapsing. Stipe 40–65 × 2–5 mm, equal, smooth, central, hollow, without annulus.
Basidiospores (10.5)12.5–13.5(15.0) × (8.0)8.5–9.5(10.0) × (7.0)8.0–9.0(10.0) µm, on average 12.9 × 9.0 × 8.5 µm, Q1 = 1.5–1.6, Q2 = 1.3–1.4, avQ = 1.5; in face view sub-cylindrical to ellipsoid or ovoid, in side view ellipsoidal to elliptical; with central germ-pore, 2–2.5 µm diam, wall 1.5 µm thick, strong reddish-brown to blackish in KOH. Basidia 30–38 × 7–11 µm, clavate to subcylindrical, 2- or 4-spored. Cheliocystidia 33–45 × 12–25 µm, subclavate to subglobose, abundant. Pleurocystidia 30–40 × 11–15 µm, cylindrical to clavate, pale brown at the base, rare. Sclerocystidia 90–170 × 4–7 µm, dark brown, with acute apex and bulbous base, wall 1.5–2 µm thick. Clamp connection present.
